Refund policy
All purchases from Visionary Brand are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed. This includes both pre-order and in-stock items.
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, hit us up within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or store credit — just email us at visiionarybrand@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once your order leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier. We’re not responsible for any lost, delayed, or stolen packages, but we’ll do our best to help you track it down or accommodate you per by case.
Refunds are only approved in rare cases, such as if an item is completely unavailable or out of stock after purchase.
