 ALL PRE-MADE ITEMS TAKE BETWEEN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT OUR PRE-ORDER DROPS:

All pre-order items are made to order. It will take 2–3 weeks for items to ship starting after the site closes down. That’s when production kicks off — not when you place your order.

You’ll get an email when your order is confirmed and another one with tracking once it ships. Please give us the full 2–3 week window before checking on your order status.

If your order has both pre-order and in-stock pieces, everything ships together once the pre-order items are ready. Want your in-stock items sooner? Just place a separate order.

We always aim to stay on schedule, but sometimes things happen. If there’s any delay, we’ll hit your inbox with an update.

All pre-orders are final sale — no cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Each piece is made specifically for you once the pre-order closes.
